[Spridgets] carb needles

Hello list,

After recently using my choke for the 1st time this season, my 1310cc engine
w/ stock 1098 carbs seems lean.
Where's the best place to get needles or should I just file mine.....Any
suggestions on how much and where,

Engine also has a header, mild head porting, and a crane cam....
