I got some "Rough Service" bulbs at Harbor Freight, of all places.

They last pretty well and take a lot more of a beating than the regular 
bulbs.

The next time you guys buy light bulbs for the shop, go for the "Severe
Service" variety; they're made to survive in an Italian's* shop
environment....

*Someone who talks with their hands even when holding a trouble light.
