Car is VIN GAN3L45511 with a 1098cc engine and ribcase in it in
unknown condition. It appears as if the engine has just been
re-installed but the PO quit half way through. Given that there is an
old crank shaft in the boot, I'd say it has a new crank in it?? Rest
of the car looks pretty good under the dirt and dust. Carbs and intake
manifold are in a box. The body is actually better than the body on my
68 though there is some rust in the center portion of the drivers
floorboard. Seats are ???? It had some kind of aftermarket luggage
rack on it once but gone now. Car appears to have been sand blasted
but never painted. Just a gray prime coat on it but no sign of rust on
the dog legs, rockers, and A posts. Windshield cracked. Has an Arizona
title. Last registered in 2000.
If you want to make an offer, I'll put you in touch with the guy who
has it now. He hasn't touched it since he bought it a couple of months
ago and now wants to get rid of it. My brother-in-law wants to put a
Firebird V-8 in it...... ;-)
