Hello ryan,

Prestone USED to make radiator/engine flush kits that you cut
into the heater hose, and hooked a garden hose onto. .. run the
engine, turn on the hose and the water came out of a spout you
put into the radiator... i don't know if they still make 'em or
not, but after 5 minutes or so, it would be all flushed CLEAN.
Remove the spout from the radiator and the hose from the
connection, pour coolant into the radiator and it would displace
water out of the hose connection...... cap everything off and
     DONE...

Other than that, a RELIABLE radiator shop should be able to flush
     the system, after the recore
