Hi Folks,

Disassembled the rear carb. Check the jet to fuel bowl which was
clear. Noticed a goodly number of scrape marks on the piston damper
tube. Looking through the tube in the dash pot it looked like there
might be some very small rust spot or flakes inside the tube. So
polished both the dash pot and piston tubes. After cleaning
reassembled the carb which still was lean but not as bad as it had
been. Opened it up two flats (14 total) which helped but not where
it should be. Still the car is drivable and did well up to 55 mph.
So am going to have a go at it tomorrow which is mostly freeway and
about 120 miles round trip.

Thanks to all, this list is great as always.
