I do not believe this is the Garafalo car.  I have seen his car close up and
photographed it extensively for my restoration.  Rob thought he was quite
the expert, but I found several "mistakes" in his car.  He put it up for
sale because the caustic acid dip that he had stripped the car with was
causing rust in all the seams.  It was most pronounced under the bonnet on
the headlight pod rims.  Rust could actually be seen poking out at the
horizontal seam next to the grill on the outside of the car.  If he had
waited any longer he would not have got much of a price for his rust
bucket.  If anyone goes to look at this car look under the hood at the
headlights for rust.  There are several things on this car that differ from
Rob's car.  The tripod headlights were not on rob's car.  He also had a
complete ribbed rubber carpet set that had permanent bends in it from being
in the original box for so many years.  The tunnel piece on the Ebay car
looks like crap.  I can dig out the pictures I took if anyone is that
interested.
