Usually means there is a poor ground for that headlight.
Second, clean off the contacts on the headlight with an eraser or steel
wool. Then try to clean off the inside of the connectors that go on the
headlight.

I disasembled all the lights to have the car painted except the headlights.
Now when I hooked everybody back up they all work except the driver side
headlight is very VERY week it doesn't get brighter than a faint orange
glow.any ideas?
