Very nice. Did you make your own wiring harness? What is the steering wheel
from? Is that the original color? ...bill in oregon

Here's a slide show, the last few are from today with the new CA plate.
There is a bit of "garage rash" to repaint and the wood for the bed won't
show up until tomorrow. 3/4" marine ply for the bed and back, clear fir
for the side rails and stakes. I made sure to back up far enough that
you can't see my crappy welds on the bed frame.

Peter C, note the chrome strip and grill surround!!! Chevy Vega wheels
off evil E-bay. The seat is from a pick+pull Mitsu truck. The new
upholstery is from my trusty 50+ year old Adler sewing machine.

The front valence is buggered too much to continue messing with it and
will be replaced. The short painted front bumper blade is correct for
the trucks and vans. The 1275 with the VP7 cam and single SU is plenty
powerful for the truck and the Cherry Bomb "muffler??" makes a mean
sound. The rebuilt 5-sp shifts great with no leaks and the engine is dry
after a day driving around. I can't wait to get this out on the open
road this weekend and put some miles on it. Work and back today was FUN.
