Exactly like David said.
Good thing Larry lives down the road from you ;)
He can help you do it.
Rebuilding the master is a crap shoot. Sometimes it's fine, other times 
they leak.
If you want, I have a couple of rebuildable masters like yours, If you 
want to try one before you rip into yours, you are welcome to it.
They came from parts cars and I have no idea of their condition, they 
may be fine, they may need a kit, they may be trash.
New ones will give you piece of mind for 20 years, rebuilds can leak in 
a month, year, or another 20.
