Wow.  No wonder the bottled Bass sold here in the US is crap.

I was in the UK last year and the draught (on keg) Bass is the best beer 
I've ever had - and I'm hard to please.  It is hard to find on draught but 
the barman was telling me the pub goes through a keg a day of it.

Hmmm.  Getting thirsty.

Same deal with Guinness.  The stuff you get here -- even the draught -- is 
no comparison to what you get in the pubs in Ireland.

I'm told that is because they don't pasteurize it there, but must to bring 
it here.  Don't know if that is true or not.
