Leading edges are in the correct orientation (can they be installed wrong in a 
dual cylinder drum?? As Paul A would say, I thought "they only go one way"). 

As I asked earlier, what is the source of "12 to 6" rocking of the wheel? 
That's what I have found. As I mentioned a few times, it is doing exactly what 
I it was doing when I started changing things after working perfectly for 
years. I'm looking for something I didn't touch, like kingpins or other 
bushings. I really doubt it is the brakes. It is the loading of the front 
suspension that causes the lurch like the geometry is taking a new set. It's 
like I have found with worn hubs/bearing on the race car, but with that I 
didn't feel it until the bearings were absolutely trashed and literally welded 
to the spindles (Larry and Peter can vouch for this!).
