No, sorry  YOU ARE CORRECT. But he did say Honda. But to think of it, 
I can't come up with a Honda at under 18MPG combined.

Probably another lie he told me.  He couldn't find the jack, either. 
And he said the 1.5 VVT-i engine designation stood for some fuel 
metering device, and that the reason the gauges are in the middle of 
the dash is so your line-of-sight is in line with the mirror.

The guy was an idiot, but I like the car. I don't need a salesperson anyway.
