I've read good things about Jet Hot. But, I try to use local people
for coatings, if possible.
Have you tried stealing a space shuttle tile and wedging it between
the pipe and floor?
I'd try the coating and if there is space, a thin stainless heat
shield/insulator.
Maybe some kind of air flow diverter to channel air to cool the area?
The ceramic will help keep the heat in the header but the heat still
has to go somewhere.
