Got it figured out guys. Y'all are the best. I found the front right turn
signal bulb shorting out in the socket. I pulled the bulb and everything works
great (except my front right turn signal of course). I can live without a
front right signal.

Anyone have a 1500 turn signal they want to get rid of? Looks like the socket
in mine is shot.

Edward,
According to my wiring diagrams, the horn is NOT on the same fuse as
the tach or fuel filter and the temp gauge has no electrical other
than the light. Which is it???
