[Spridgets] Titanium - working with it - could be LBC content

Hi List,
 
I want to cut some 1/4 Titanium plate with an  ordinary hack saw and drill 
it ok with a variable speed drill and cobalt  bit followed by tapping the 
holes.  Apparently this not be  easy!  So anyone work with Ti ona regular 
basis that might want a  small job?
