Not quite the gravity of a Near Death Experience Spencer, but a passable
ephifany non-theless.

Spencer, if we old-timers had told you we would have had to kill you not to
mention are telling you would have spoiled the fun of your own discovery.

So, don't you ever......EVER......question the wisdom of your elders again!!!

these are?

You old-timers should have told me how great the visi-bleed hydraulic bleeding
tube is. I feel like I was just let into some secret auto fraternity.

I have a new favorite tool. My mityvac developed a tiny air leak after 15
years, and I was having a terrible time getting my MGB brakes bleed the old
fashioned way, with my wife working the pedal. I took a chance and grabbed a
visi-bleed until I could make a new vacuum cup for my mityvac. This thing is
awesome. I hooked it up to the bleed screw, put it into an old jar, opened the
screw half a turn, and pumped the brakes until the old brown fluid came out
and there were no bubbles in the tube. Did this on the other three corners,
and now I have a perfectly firm pedal, and the fluid is coming out clear at
each corner. Took about 5 minutes by myself.
