Jess,

You've omitted fuel supply.
Both engine and dizzy timing.
Plugs sparking.
Plug lead order same as firing order
Choke setting.
Has old fuel gone off?
Plugs wet after turning over when it hasn't started?

When all else fails apply right foot rapidly to driver's side tyre to remind 
it who is boss!
