Heat em up, get the rubber out.
Use a hack saw blade or sawzall to cut out the metal part.
Put the new bushings in the freezer overnight, heat the radius arms in 
the oven for 20 minutes.
Now gently tap the frozen bushings into the warm radius arms.
This shrinks the bushings, expands the arms and makes fitting them a 
little easier.
If you beat on those bushings too hard, you WILL bend the arms.
