Phil - I am in the auto parts business and can tell you that, at the very
least, these are available in both the "Raybestos" mand "Hoppy Trailer"
brands. Depending on the year and model truck you are working with there
may be a "plug in" adapter harness that will connect the controller to
the existing vehicle harness. Jim is correct in directing you to a auto
parts or RV parts supplier.

I've installed them on several pickup trucks with no problem.
Instructions are fairly straight forward. Should be able to pick one up
at
any automotive store or RV center.
