Wine merchants and Vineyards ship wine UPS...at least to Connecticut.

You need an address though. They won't deliver it to a location like, for 
example, an Interstate highway underpass.

If you look at your federal blue laws, it is not illegal to ship alcohol
between states. It is only illegal to use the USPS to ship alcohol between
states.

FedEx and UPS have rules against it but it is not illegal. Just say you are
shipping meat tenderizer
