Hey Frank, Way cool. I grew up in my family's screw machine shop full of
lathes 
and mills like yours. Does it have a plaque: "This lathe is authorized
for war 
production"?  That's WW I. 

Cincinnati had at least eight lathe
manufacturing plants.  My Grandpa worked 
every day of the depression because
he could set up any kind of machine. He 
taught me how to chase threads,
adjust RPM for smooth or rough cuts, set the cut 
off tool, etc.
Be CAREFUL of
the flat belt especially at high speeds. Grandpa said, "Check it 
every time
you use it."
