When there were some questions about the Royalty's surname, there were many
guesses-Mountbatten, Windsor, etc.  William, however, had the last word as
reported by the Daily Mail:

 

"William delivered a brief speech at the wedding breakfast where he proudly
introduced his wife as 'Mrs Wales' even though the couple will be formally
known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge."
