You need to figure out WHY the engine will not turn over.
Get it home and park on a flat surface. Pull the plugs and look at them.
Then squirt some oil into each cylinder and let it sit. Pull the dip stick;
how much oil does it show? Is the oil really black or smell 'funny'? Is
there white 'foam' on the dip stick?
If the trans works, put it in fourth gear and rock the car back and forth;
see it the engine will turn over. You'll get other suggestions here. ...bill

I just purchase a nice looking 76 midget with a bfrozen engineb.  Seller
said it started about 1 year ago?? In your opinion, would it be a dumb idea
to
push car then pop clutch to see if it would loosen engine??
