List,
I just found out last night my older cat Stitches the one who almost
died 2 summers ago has cancer, lymphoma, so I have been a little out
of it because she has been ill. I meet with an oncologist tomorrow to
see if treatment is an option (they will say yes $$$$) but being I
don't want her to suffer with chemo and she is 13, I think I made to
appointment to only to be sure what to expect in preparation for the
Rainbow Bridge. I kind of have an idea being I put her buddy BB down
11 months ago but this cancer is different she has a throat tumor and
she is very strong and determined to live as steroids has kept her
very comfortable.

This shit drives me crazy, when is the right time to bring your pet in
to be put down.....etc etc. So I talked with my partner and decided
when she stops eating, has difficulty breathing, throws up, or has
"accidents" then that will be my clue that it is time. I am grateful
for the 13 years and the patience and determination she taught me when
she was lost.

Sounds like a good plan? I don't want to wait as long as I did last
time and it pisses me off that I can't do it myself at home. I'm sure
some of you will agree.

Hanging in there, and I'll read some of the helpful reply's from last
year I especially liked the advice Frank gave me when he put one of
his favorite cats down.
