We all agree that the Moss throw-out bearings can be junk.  And there is 
always advice to find NOS bearings, but I haven't seen any for sale.  So 
what are the alternatives?  Some like rollers, some don't.

My bearing lasted about 6500 miles, and I will not be able to drive the car 
this year without a new one.  I do suspect that I was sold a 1098 bearing 
which is too short, as I had to depress the clutch pedal to the floor even 
when it was new.
