There are apparenltly (and understandably) legal issues with reproducing a VIN
plate. Obviously, them stem from people swapping VINs and trying to pass a car
off as something it is not. However, a quick Google search found these three
sites / services below. I've never had to deal with it myself and have no
recommendations other than what Google threw at me...
