I live in Shreveport, former home to GM Trucks and current home to Elio.
If this were a hundred years ago Mr. Elio would have a small wagon and =
promise to bring rain/cure your ills with his snake oil. =20
The guy has ONE car (Ok there may be a second one but it hasn't been =
seen). His website uses cheap graphics to simulate more than one car =
POORLY.
Every year he promises that "We starry production next year, I just need =
some more money."
He started in Saginaw (?) Michigan with this same BS, they gave a couple =
million dollars which he whittled down to $ 250 k and then split town. =
Showed up down here and no doubt bribed the local government folks who =
hailed him as the next messiah. NOT ONE JOB. ZERO.
Look at the specs for his "car". It's a 3 wheeled motorcycle which he =
claims "It will meet all safety standards" making folks think that it's =
going to be a safe car but it meets the safety standards for a =
motorcycle, i.e. the bulk of the combustion process occurs inside the =
engine.
If the current generation/Crazy Green people did any research they would =
find like their Grandfathers before them that he is not going to make it =
rain.
