Please consider that the corrosion may have occurred PRIOR to the applicati=
on of a thin smear of dielectric grease. =C2=A0This would appear to be a co=
mmon occurrence as many previous users tend to neglect pre-emptive maintena=
nce and will only react when problems begin. =C2=A0The reaction is frequent=
ly half hearted and has little long term effect. =C2=A0The other considerat=
ion is if it is a dielectric grease or an ordinary grease that has been use=
d and when has it been applied? =C2=A0After a problem is found and it is se=
aling the moisture in!
