owed"
&gt=3B
&gt=3B
&gt=3B Yes=2C car seems fine now. Well no=
t really=2C we have a new issue but it
&gt=3B runs fine and removing/cl=
eaning the fuel system of the silicone seems to
&gt=3B have fixed the p=
roblem. Too bad I didn't find the silicone before I
&gt=3B purchased a=
new fuel pump. We have found the previous owner had stock
&gt=3B in a=
silicone company=2C even found some in the radiator when we did a
&gt=
=3B flush and I think that is why the car runs a little warm. It got in the=
&gt=3B cooling system via the silicone on the thermostat elbow. There=
is LOTS
&gt=3B of silicone around the motor's front plate=2C I mean LO=
TS so I am afraid
&gt=3B it got into the motor as well=2C we have decid=
ed to pull the motor and
&gt=3B clean it up and reassemble it=2C since =
the car has good compression and
&gt=3B oil pressure=2C we wont touch t=
he internals=2C just open it up and re-seal
&gt=3B it properly.
&gt=
=3B
&gt=3B Right now I am fighting a squeak/rattle/scraping sound whe=
n under
&gt=3B moving forward only=2C it does not happen at idle or rev=
erse. I thought
&gt=3B it was the driveshaft hitting the exhaust manif=
old but made some
&gt=3B clearance and that was not it. I really hate =
the idea of pulling the
&gt=3B motor without knowing what it is first b=
ecause then I might put the
&gt=3B motor back in with the same noise.<b=
r>&gt=3B
&gt=3B But the fuel system is fine now :)
&gt=3B
&gt=
