But that is not "proportioning".  A proportioning valve adjusts the bias bet=
ween the front and rear brakes (either manually as on race cars or automatic=
ally adjusting for load bias).  A valve that turns off a blown brake circuit=
 isn't proportioning anything.  Just my opinion....   :-)
