Hmm.  Stuck....alright its siezed.   No idea how messed up it might be.  
And for that price dontcha think ya could replicate it cheaper?And how was the 
cooling system circulated?  I think it's a bad bet.   Possible piston , bore 
and crank damage. ... I'll stick with the siezed engines I already have
