I am a active member of the Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association,(VSCDA).
VSCDA is a midwest based non-profit vintage racing orginization of
approximatly 800 members. It is run by officers and a board of directors
elected by members and governed by a club commission.
While the Club is based in the heart of Michigan, as Vintage sports car
drivers, we come from all over the midwest and commonly travel to many
tracks across the northern and eastern states as well as Canada.
I have recently read and heard a great deal of positive comments about your
new motorsports complex.
While i am not a officer of VSCDA myself, I would like to intrest our board
members of the possibility of having a weekend event at your facility.
If possible, could you send an Information packet about Beaverun to our
buisness office. Please include possible fee's, and policies that would be
of intrest to our orginization in reference to conducting an event there.
