I am a new subscriber to the Tiger list and I find it amusing that
there is so much discussion about repro parts and authenticity. Repro
part manufacture should be encouraged as much as possible. The parts
should look as much like original as feasible. The only people who
have a vested interest with 'original' versus Repro parts are the
hoarders and speculators who expect to make a financial killing on
their 'original' parts. If the original tooling were to be found for
the stock air cleaner and new air cleaners were to be made who cares
if they were manufactured in 1964 or 1996. Again, only speculators
and hoarders care about the date a part is manufactured.

$200 recently.
