Hi Bruce:
Almost exactly a year ago we had a discussion on this very subject, from
which I saved the mail. I have collected it into a single file.
I will send the file directly to Bruce so as not to bomb the list, but
anyone who needs the data should just let me know and I'll be happy to
forward it.
