Frank,

Regarding your posting of the "light fantastic":, I must hasten to reply
that this must NOT have come from any LBC list. As we all know,
originality is the soul of the purist (apologies to TACophiles) and
there is absolutely NO way an original Lucas light bulb can be properly
changed. The OEM Lucas NOS faults are well understood. Any European
replacement is objectionable on the grounds of "bastardization", and any
American replacement was made in Taiwan. Therefore, the Alpine-Tiger
answer MUST be "there is no way to change a malfunctioning light bulb
correctly, no matter the number, sources, or qualifications of the
contributors.
