Try 3-M adhesive transfer tape (3-M # 020314). This is not 2-sided
tape but is like rubber cement spread on a waxed carrier. You press
the tape against the surface you wish to stick and then peel the
waxed paper off and press the two surfaces together. It holds paper,
thin plastice, wood etc. It is almost invisable through clear decals
and is water proof. Any excess can be rolled off with your finger.
You will find many uses for a roll of this such as sticking down
edges of upholser, mounting pictures etc. To transfer the glue onto
small bits drop the bit on to the glued surface of the tape and press
it down then cut around with an Exacto knife. Peel off the waxed
carrier and presto you have a perfect layer of glue on an area as
small as the head of a pin. To glue small pieces of paper press a
strip of tape, including carrier, onto the back of the page and from
the front cut around the part you want glued and then lift it off.
You can transfer glue to a piece as small a period.
A.Trns.Tape comes in widths from 1/2 in. to 18 in. wide. The part # I
gave is for 3/4 in.
Hope this helps,
