I have attempted to individually email the Tiger2 Autocad 2.5 drawing to

Tom Ballou

The file was mime encoded, winzip compressed. If anyone got it OK
let me know. I am putting the drawing in the public domain, but I hope
no one takes advantage and makes a bunch of money from it. If any one
is able to clean it up a bit and make it shine then let the rest of the Tiger
troops in on it.
I can not send the file to the Tiger net due to anti-spam or something.
