Drain hoses

Has anyone got a source for replacement drain hoses under the dash. The
hoses that drain the cowl vents are cracked and I have not found any
thing close for replacements so far. I've tried all the hardware and
auto parts places close by. It does not have to be original as long as
it keeps my feet/carpet dry.
