I have received a fax Thursday stating how Simon James regrets the loss of
my transmissions and would like to resolve the problem either by
replacement, by a different source, or cash settlement. He states he is
willing to even direct ship if necessary to resolve this matter.
I feel even with my anger is important to be fair and post his responses
directed to me. I will keep you posted as to the true actions taken by Mr.
James. I truly hope in the small world of Rootes cars (number of cars
remaining) he has seen the error of his business ways.
