Jim,

Nothing new radiator header tanks and surge tank wouldn't cure.  MAYBE you can
even get the inlet cap on the right, instead of the left side of the radiator,
as Tom Hall has pointed out as the correct location.  Ford changed design in
1968, but then, they didn't have cross-flow radiators.  May have to move
generator/alternator to opposite side.
