Spacers

     I seem to remember mention of using spacers with cast wheels on the 
     rears.  I assume that this spacer is only needed if the contour of the 
     rear of the wheel center does not permit proper seating against the 
     brake drum.  Or is something else going on here?  My wheels were on a 
     Tiger before, without a spacer.
