For those that were interested, I have a 1967 Lucas parts catalouge for
Rootes vehicles and it shows the following part and model number for
combination indicators and flashers.

Direction indicator and Headlamp Flasher

Unfortunately, the book does not show an application for each part
number but the book covers Hillman, Humber, Singer, Sunbeam, Commer, and
Karrier.
