Living down-under is no obstacle for joining CAT. A number
of our members have joined the New Zealand club. Which,
geographically, is closer to Africa than California. The
fee, including postage for the newsletter, is $35 for
foreign.
Of course, you'll have to stand on your head to read it (or
hold it upside down). {9->
