This same topic came up on the Triumphs list recently, with the same
results. It seems that Fram moved their production line south of the border
a few years ago. Their quality seems to have gone in the same direction.
Funny thing, they still charge the same price as they did when it was a USA
made product. The stockholders are happy, so I guess that's what really
counts in 1999.
