Oce the center cap is off, remove the center cap.
There should be three phillips screws through the
ring. Loosen the remove them.  The ring should
now be hanging by a wire that goes though the
steering wheel.  Remove the lower half of the
steering column cover and unplug the wire from
its spade lug.

Order a ring from SS or TT and reverse the process.
