Hi Listers:
Five Tigers left Sat. am. from Big Sky. We took a senic detour thru Rt. 212
the Bear Tooth Hiway. What a view, and the pass is nearly 11,000 feet. Even
had a snowball fight. No doubt the first time 5 Tigers ever made that trip.
Left the Calverts, Tiger Tom and Chuck Colley near Blair, NE two days later,
and Ed Esslinger then parted in Southern Illinois. Took five days going out
and four coming back. Put 5,193 miles on my Tiger with no problems, and
5-speed and cruise saved the day. Running with the other cars extended the
event for us, making the trip even more fun.
