Chris,

The Sunbeam uses English 'bubble flares' rather than American 'double flares', 
and
they are NOT interchangeable.

Rick, at Sunbeam Specialties, and maybe Curt at Classic Sunbeam, carry these in
straight stock of varying lengths.  Need special tooling if you cut one and have
to make your own end.

I know that there are double flare tools, both cheap (unusable) and expensive 
(ok)
that make a flare that looks like a 'bubble flare' part way thru the process of
making a 'double flare', but I am not sure if the angles are correct.  Finished
tubes that only need bending with a GOOD tube bender is a better way to go, as 
the
tubes are not expensive.
