at some point right after my purchase of my new (to me) tiger i was
hearing a snapping like sound when transcending even small bumps in the
road. well i thought i would push up and down on the rear of the
vehicle and see just what was going on. as i thought, mr miller was
correct about these panhard rod brackets cracking, so was mine. i will
repair this problem but in the meantime has anyone gone that extra step
and dropped the pickup point down from the frame, let's say two inches.
i believe the angle is to drastic from the rear end to the frame. i
suspect 1/4" to 3/8" plate with supports should take care of it.
