Motor Mounts/Starter

Tigers,
I'm in the process of swapping the 260 in my Mk1A for a 302.
I believe that I should also change the motor mounts while I'm at it.  A
"Ford Guy" friend of mine says that they look like other Ford motor
mounts.  Which ones should I get?
Second Issue:    What are your feelings on whether I should replace the
starter while everything else is out/  Should I get new as opposed to
rebuilt?
