Mike,
Dan says he can fax or send you the torque arm installation instructions
if you call him (with your fax or mailing address) at (909) 792-3568. He
has had some trouble with the answering machine recently but you have a fair
chance of catching him between 9 & 10am or in the evening before 11pm PST.
